STRYKE is a UK padel racket brand in development, operated by Josh Shinerock. This notice explains how we handle information entered into our early-access form.

Information and purpose

When you sign up, we collect your email address and record your consent to receiving launch news, previews and offers about STRYKE. We use that information only to contact you about STRYKE and manage your registration. We do not sell your contact details.

Storage and service providers

Form responses are processed and stored by Netlify, our website hosting and form provider. If we later use an email service such as MailerLite, we'll transfer the signup information to it only for those communications you've requested.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent to marketing at any time. We retain signup details while you're subscribed or until they are no longer needed for the launch list. Future marketing emails will provide a way to unsubscribe.
